COMMISSION TOS

I accept commission payments via PayPal.Any unapproved alterations of my art, such as using any sort of “AI” technology on it, you will be permanently blacklisted from commissioning me.I'm willing to make deals with people who want to buy more than just one piece of art.Prices may very depend on complexity of character.Commissions will be done anywhere from a day to 6 months of you purchasing them. If I don’t complete art within this timeframe I can either issue a full refund and discontinue work, or issue a partial refund and finish the commission.When commissioning me, I need references. I can't draw something based off of a typed description alone. The art doesn't have to be flawless, awesome, or perfection, it just has to get the point across. Use a base if you have to. I just need a visual. (Except for customs, that's legit the point of a custom)I do NSFW art, but it will not be posted on my main accounts, I have a separate account with separate commissions. On the GothicRift account I won’t be accepting NSFW coms or trades! :DIf getting a commission for merch of any kind, I require to talk out a deal for a cut for my artwork to be used. Deals will vary depending on many factors that we will go over together!👉👉You can NOT use my art for merch unless agreed to by both of us.👈👈At any time if you want to ask about the progress of your commission, please do! It won't annoy me, I understand you gave me your money and want to see what you've invested in.At these steps of the way I send WIPS : Rough Sketch, Sketch, Lines, Flat color. This is so you can tell me things you need changed along the way. If you don’t want these updates just lemme know!However Spamming to ask how the commission is going or an absurd amount of changes will not be tolerated.IF YOU HAVE A TIME FRAME YOU WANT IT COMPLETED IN (like within time for a birthday, anniversary, party, so on) TELL ME. We can work out a "Rush" fee. In summary I won't RUSH the picture to get it finished, I will just clear my schedule of anything frivolous, and other commissions to get your's done first. The price goes up depending on how fast you want it done.
Average is 40% up charge, May be larger depending on how fast you need it done.

CUSTOM + ADOPT TOS

Once you order a custom or adopt they are yours to do what you want with the design. The art itself, you must ask to use it outside of a reference sheet, but the design is yours! Resell, use, or trade them how ever ya like!
